THE BIG CITIES HEALTH COALITION

Formed in 2002, the Big Cities Health Coalition (BCHC) has helped the leaders of America’s largest urban health departments exchange ideas and address issues unique to the health of the 42 million people they serve. The Coalition includes 17 of the largest urban areas in the United States and addresses a wide range of health issues, including nutrition and tobacco policy, bioterrorism preparedness, environmental challenges, school health, and infectious disease.

PRC managed the Washington release as well as national military and specialty press for the Oscar-Nominated documentary RESTREPO from Sebastian Junger (A PERFECT STORM) and Tim Hetherington. RESTREPO follows the deployment of 15 U.S. soldiers at a remote and highly dangerous outpost in Afghanistan's Korengal Valley. Sebastian Junger and Tim Hetherington were featured in the Washington Post, All Things Considered, The Hill, and USO On Patrol, among others.

PRC managed the Oscar campaign for THE SQUARE by Jehane Noujaim and Karim Amer. The first Oscar-nominated documentary released by Netflix, THE SQUARE follows a group of revolutionaries, secular and from the Muslim Brotherhood, over a two year period from the earliest protest to the present day.
